Lara Linsey

Lara brings a wealth of property knowledge and experience to PriceLinsey having worked for local and national firms of surveyors. She is passionate about property and uses her unrivalled commercial and residential property knowledge to obtain the very best results for her clients. Having previously been involved in property auctions, Lara uses innovative marketing techniques to bring a fresh, transparent approach to the world of auctions.
Lara is a big advocate of achieving a good ‘work life’ balance. In in her spare time she enjoys shopping, horse riding, and socialising with friends. Albeit Lara has recently got a puppy – Luna- who is taking up all her spare time!
Marcus Linsey
Director / Chartered Surveyor

With his extensive knowledge of commercial and residential property, Marcus is known as the go-to surveyor in the Derbyshire / South Yorkshire area. Having been involved in property auctions since 2010 he now heads up PriceLinsey property auctions as the auctioneer, as well as overseeing the Professional Valuation and Survey work, and is committed to achieving the best for his clients.
Marcus has lived and worked in the area all his life, and has extensive, in-depth knowledge of the local property market. His experience and local knowledge is underpinned by professional expertise, having completed a Masters Degree in Real Estate.
Marcus became a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) in 2015. Since then, Marcus has been providing professional advice to financial institutions, property companies, public authorities, private investors and a huge variety of other clients in the North Derbyshire and South Yorkshire areas.
Away from the office, Marcus can be found tending to his various livestock enterprises or driving his vintage ‘Fergie’.
Richard Price
Director
Richard has over 20 years’ experience within the property industry, covering residential sales, lettings and property auctions. He is always on hand to provide you with the best advice whether you are looking to sell or rent your property.
His friendly and approachable manner has helped him build many relationships with landlords, home owners and property developers offering them a first class bespoke service.
In his spare time Richard is keen golfer and a proud member of Hallowes golf club in Dronfield.
Jodie Elliott
Property Consultant
Chartered Institute of Housing (Property Management)
Jodie joined PriceLinsey as a property consultant and auction coordinator to support the auction department.
Since beginning her property career, she has completed an apprenticeship scheme undertaking a qualification in Housing and Property Management and is currently studying towards the Propertymark award in Real Property Auctioneering.
Jodie is a fast learner taking on new responsibilities within the company to develop her property skills and knowledge. She has a proven track record in property management and has become an effective and valued member of the team. With her friendly and approachable nature, she is always keen to assist clients with any property matters they have.
In her spare time Jodie enjoys her holidays, spending time with family and friends and has a passion for cars and motorsport.
